SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship between 7-10 business days via USPS first class mail unless expedited shipping is requested at checkout. Please be sure to review and confirm your shipping address during checkout. City Greeks is not responsible for shipping delays or lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made once orders are submitted for processing. We do not process cancelations under any circumstances.
Shipping confirmations, to include tracking numbers, will be emailed once orders have been shipped.
City Greeks cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters or general delays caused by the carrier. Additionally, City Greeks is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
City Greeks does not accept returns but we gladly accept exchanges received within 7 days of receipt. Any items received after 7 days will be returned and original method of payment will be charged to cover shipping fees. If you receive an item that is not a perfect fit, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size if the item is in stock. If your item is not in stock, it will be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any worn or altered merchandise will be returned to the sender and original method of payment will be charged to cover shipping fees. The original order number must be provided along with the reason for the exchange.
Please note: The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees unless the items were damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Exchange Instructions:
1. Complete an exchange form and include it with the merchandise being returned and original method of payment will be charged to cover shipping fees. Please note that any exchange received after the 7-day grace period will be returned. Click here for Exchange Form. No exchanges will be accepted without an exchange form.
2. Once your request is received, an exchange will be issued within 7-14 business days for in stock items. If the item is sold out, the exchange will be processed when the item is restocked.

City Greeks is required by the state of Pennsylvania to charge sales tax to any order being shipped to a Pennsylvania address.
